Order Tracking
- You can track your order by logging into your account and checking the “Orders” tab.
- Or, you’ll receive order tracking number via your email from admin@myworthyhome.com
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email.
Delayed Shipments & External Factors
- While we strive for timely delivery, certain conditions beyond our control (such as natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions) may cause delays.
- You can ask for a refund if the product is not delivered in a specified time.

Address Corrections & Changes

Order Cancellations

- Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, we’ll try our best to help you out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
